Summertime Pack Award!
Go to any three events: BBQ in June, Big Bear Camping trip, Bowling, July Party, August Beach trip, or any den activity and earn a Summertime Patch!
Please sign in at all Pack events with Monica's green clipboard to get credit. Please have Den's take attendance for any individual Den activity and send it to Monica to get credit for Summertime Award.

Joey's Report
Joey would like to submit the following report to the Pack newsletter/website. This report is one of the electives for the Communications Activity Badge.
This weekend we went camping and earned our Outdoorsman Activity Badge. We helped our parents cook a meal. We had pancakes the first morning and scrambled eggs the second morning. We helped set up our tents. We took a 3 mile hike. It was really 2 miles but since it was so steep we counted it as 3. We learned how to build different fires. My favorite is the fire stick. We also retired flags. I held one myself. This Activity Badge was easy.

Popcorn Sales are coming! Help support Council and raise money for your Scout. More info to come in September. Earn 35% into your ISA (individual scouting account) on all sales.
Sign up for Cub ON! Oct. 29-31 Camp Verdugo Oaks. It's convenient, inexpensive and a lot of fun. Check VHC for registration forms. BOO!
Webelos Woods Sept. 24-26th (for Arrow of Lights only) If you don't know which Boy Scout Troop to bridge to...this is a great opportunity to meet local Troops to get a feel for their "personality". Check VHC for registration form. Located at CVO.
